THINK BIG ACT SMALL

“One of the most important keys to success is having the discipline to do what you know you should do, even when you don’t feel like doing it.” Unknown.

We all need motivation and inspiration from time to time.  Often things don’t go quite as well as we wanted but that doesn't mean we should just give up. Sometime ago I came across this video, Leslie Koch: Think Big Act Small on 99u site. Leslie Koch is an amazing woman, a straight talker, intelligent people observer, creative thinker, down to earth and with a sharp sense of humour.

Next time you have a coffee or cup of tea watch this, it will change everything for the better.

If you're running a retail business, or any business for that matter, practising the five key points delivered in Leslie's seminar will not only motivate you but make a significant difference to your business.

1.     Listen and ask the right questions
2.     Understand the customer, the product and the market
3.     Develop a strategy and stick to it
(make sure your mother can understand it)
4.     Think Big and Act Small
(you have to get s..t done)
5.     Marketing is all

In a few weeks we’re launching a short online visual merchandising course on how to create a professional retail campaign.  If you want more information enter your details here
